The Office of the Vice President for Finance and Budget oversees these key financial and administrative units across Virginia Commonwealth University:
Budget and Resource Analysis
The Office of Budget and Resource Analysis provides staff leadership and professional support services throughout all phases of state and internal budget development, review, analysis, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
The Department of Business Services oversees and supports four VCU units — Dining Services, Mail Services, Retail Services, and Trademarks and Licensing.
The Office of Procurement Services is responsible for all VCU procurement, vendor payment, travel, reimbursement, issuance and risk management activities.
VCU Treasury Services is responsible for cash, investment, debt and loan management, as well as bank operations, cashiering, disbursing and designated collection functions for VCU.
The University Controller’s Office is responsible for financial reporting, cost accounting, fixed assets, general accounting, post-award accounting for grants and contracts, and effort reporting.
