Budget, Resource and Financial Analysis
The Office of Budget, Resource and Financial Analysis provides staff leadership and professional support services throughout all phases of state and internal budget development, review, analysis, implementation, monitoring and reporting.

Business Services
The Department of Business Services oversees and supports four VCU units — Dining Services, Mail Services, Retail Services, and Trademarks and Licensing.

Procurement Services
The Office of Procurement Services is responsible for all VCU procurement, vendor payment, travel, reimbursement, issuance and risk management activities.

Treasury Services
VCU Treasury Services is responsible for cash, investment, debt and loan management, as well as bank operations, cashiering, disbursing and designated collection functions for VCU.

Financial Reporting/Controller
The University Controller’s Office is responsible for financial reporting, cost accounting, fixed assets, general accounting, post-award accounting for grants and contracts, and effort reporting.
